This is a full time position - we have opportunities based out of all Indian metros and other global cities in APAC. 

Function: Implementation / Product Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Consultant your responsibilities will include

• Providing strategic advice to enable clients to capture the full business opportunities available from using Ramco ERP and the latest in digital technologies 
• Driving the discovery process alongside key client stakeholders to uncover client context and current challenges and productivity enhancement opportunities 
• Undertaking a Fit-Gap analysis and preparing a blueprint for the data and technology architecture to be deployed
• Collaborating with technical team to provide simulation, perform system testing and track issue resolution  

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Textile Manufacturing), MBAs with manufacturing background
• Strong domain expertise in managing plant and machineries for large asset-oriented industries with overall 5 to 8 years experience in manufacturing
• Prior Implementation experience of supply chain and/or production management process of any ERP application will be an added advantage (Not Mandatory)  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with key senior stakeholders at client organisations
• Good written communication to translate customer requirements into product requirement documents
